If your MTB-CUT M188 displays a “Time Out” or “Reconnection” error after startup, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Check the machine barcode

Check the barcode at the bottom of the machine and confirm whether it ends with the letter “F”.

Step 2: Enter the correct code

Go to: Settings → Add Amount, then enter the corresponding code:

If the barcode does NOT end with “F”:

DU:MTB/M188PGMTB220518

If the barcode ends with “F”:

DU:MTB/M188PGSFMTB221025E

⚠️ Important:

Do NOT use the wrong code, as it may cause the system to crash and become unrecoverable.

Step 3: Check the screen cable

If the issue is not resolved:

Open the machine casing,check whether the screen cable is damaged or disconnected,Replace the cable if necessary

Step 4: Check the mainboard

If the machine still does not work, it is likely a mainboard failure.

In this case, the mainboard needs to be replaced.
