"White edges when applying film with the MTB-CUT M288 may be caused by the following reasons:
Firmware issue – Please ensure your firmware version is V25.0431.

If not, follow the steps in the video below to upgrade your firmware to V25.0431.

Data issue – The template data may be too large. You can try cutting the template named (with shell) and installing it again.


Seal ring issue – The seal ring may be loose, preventing proper vacuum sealing.
Please follow the steps in the video below to replace the seal ring.
