Why does the film bend during cutting

When the film bulges during cutting, it is usually caused by the following reasons:
Blade holder depth set too high – Excessive cutting depth can cause uneven stress on the material, leading to bulging. It is recommended to reduce the blade holder depth, with 5 being the usual setting.

Worn-out blade – A dull blade may cause uneven cutting and pull the film, resulting in deformation. Replace with a new blade.

Non-original blade usage – Non-genuine blades may not match in angle and sharpness, causing cutting irregularities. To ensure optimal cutting performance, please use original blades.
