If the blade does not drop properly during cutting, this issue is most likely caused by a mainboard malfunction.
The blade-down action is controlled by the Y-axis motor signal from the mainboard, so when the mainboard fails, the blade will not lower.

Please replace the machine’s mainboard. After replacement, the blade should drop normally.
