How to deal with "1002 time out"

Error 1002 indicates that a device port is occupied.

In this case, you can try the following steps:

Restart the device and go to "My" → "About This Device" to check if the QR code is displayed.

If the QR code does not appear, it is likely a mainboard issue, and the mainboard may need to be replaced.

Try to restore the device to factory settings.
