"When the sensor malfunctions, the machine may fail to detect or automatically load the cutting material. You can try the following two approaches:
Replace the Sensor
If the sensor is completely non-functional, please contact your distributor or after-sales service center to obtain and install a replacement sensor.

Temporary Workaround
If you need to continue using the machine temporarily, disable “Auto Loading”, then manually place the cutting material. This allows the machine to operate normally for the time being.

Notes:

Always power off the machine before replacing the sensor.

After replacement, restart the machine and test whether the auto-loading function works properly."
