If you want to improve cutting results, please follow these tips:
Check Wheel Position
Make sure all pinch wheels firmly press on the cutting material, and their position is on the black part of the roller to prevent material shifting during cutting.

Use Proper Settings
Select appropriate blade pressure, cutting speed, and blade holder depth. Ensure the pressure is enough to cut through the film layer but not the last base layer.
Recommended Parameters
For most materials, we recommend blade pressure at 300, cutting speed at 200, and blade holder scale at 5. For thicker or special materials, adjust accordingly.
| Material | Back Film | Four Layer Soft Film | Explosion-proof Material |
| Blade Holder Scale | 4~5 | 4~6 | 7~8 |
| Pressure | 250~300 | 300~350 | 350~450 |
Replace Consumables Regularly
If cutting quality decreases, it may be due to a worn blade. Replace it with an original blade to ensure optimal performance.
