If the circle cut is not perfect, the issue is usually caused by a loose cutting carriage, which makes the cutting path unstable and results in an imperfect circle.
Please follow the steps below:
Refer to the video tutorial and re-fix the cutting carriage onto the guide rail
- Pay attention to your finger position during installation
- Before tightening the screws, press both the upper and lower sides of the blade holder simultaneously
- Make sure there is no gap between the carriage and the guide rail
- After fixing the carriage, perform another cutting test
