How to totally clean the machine

I believe you mean you want to completely reset the device.
If you want to restore the device to factory settings,
you can follow the steps shown in the video below.

However, in most cases, we do not recommend customers perform this operation,
as it will require reinstalling and upgrading the APP afterward.
