I am getting only check device status

If your machine stays in the “Status Checking” state for a long time, it may be caused by network delays or communication errors. Please try the following steps:
Restart the machine and change the network: Power off and restart the device, then connect it to a different stable network (for example, switch routers or use a mobile hotspot);

Factory Reset: Follow the instructions in our provided video tutorial to restore the machine to factory settings;




Check for mainboard issues: If the above methods fail, it is likely that the machine’s mainboard is faulty. We recommend replacing it with a new one.
