I can't register my email — what should I do?

This issue usually occurs for the following reasons:

Your email contains special characters

Some characters such as **& , / , *** are not supported by the registration system.

Please check and remove any special characters.

Incorrect email format

Make sure the email is entered correctly (example: user@example.com).

The email has already been registered before

If the email is already used by another account, it cannot be registered again.

In this case, please try registering with a different email address.
