This issue usually occurs when the material size settings do not match the template, especially when cutting full back films.
Recommended Solution
When cutting full back film, please disable the “Cut Center” option.
Full back film templates are larger, and enabling Cut Center may cause the machine to shift the cutting position incorrectly, resulting in only the camera area being cut before the material is fed out.
After disabling Cut Center, try cutting again.
