Incorrect model selection
Make sure the selected cutting model in the machine matches the actual device model. Some devices have different sizes in different regions. For example, Honor 400 Pro has 400 Pro and 400 Pro (China) versions with different dimensions.
Template variation
To meet different user needs, the same model may have multiple template versions:
Full template: Largest size
With shell template: Slightly smaller, fits with a case
UV template: Smallest size
General rule: Full > With shell > UV.
Wheel position incorrect
If the wheel is not in the correct position, cutting accuracy will be affected. Ensure the wheel is positioned on top of the black metal plate (as shown in the image).
