My account is locked, expired, or I forgot my password. What do I do

On the home page, click the “Forget password” option and enter the email address you used during registration to reset your password.


Alternatively, click the WhatsApp button below and send the support team a clear photo of your machine's screen showing the machine ID / serial number.
The support team will retrieve your account details, reset your password, or unlock the machine.

Example Request:
“Could you please find the username and password for this machine?” (Include photo)
