My machine is getting knocking sound

"A knocking sound from the machine can be caused by the following reasons and can be resolved as follows:
Transport screws not removed (for new machines)

New machines are shipped with transport screws on the back to prevent component movement. If they are not removed, a knocking sound may occur during operation.

Solution: Turn off the machine and remove the transport screws from the back.

Cutting carriage issue

If your machine has been used for a while, the mainboard cable of the cutting carriage may be loose, or the carriage board itself could be faulty.

Solution:

Check and firmly reconnect the mainboard cable of the cutting carriage.
