- Incorrect Power Supply: Ensure you are using the original power adapter. An incorrect adapter can cause insufficient power.
- Blade Pressure Too Low: Increase the blade pressure setting in the menu.
- Motor or Mainboard Issue: If the above steps don't work, there might be an issue with the Y-axis motor (the cutting head) or the mainboard. Try swapping the X and Y motor cables on the mainboard to diagnose if the motor or the mainboard port is faulty.
