Screen firmware loss

Loose or broken cable connection between the screen and the mainboard

Mainboard failure

You can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

Press and hold the Reconnection button → Tap System Upgrade → Enter the password 1313 → Perform the upgrade to check if the system firmware can be reinstalled.



If replacing the screen doesn't fix the problem, then the device's motherboard may be faulty.
Try replacing the screen to see if the issue is resolved.
