The machine is making a continuous beeping sound and won't feed the material. What should I do

Force Restart: Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to force the machine to shut down. Move the cutting carriage to the middle position, then restart the device and check if the carriage resets.
Check for Recovery: After restarting, observe whether the beeping stops and if the feeding function resumes.
Further Diagnosis: If the issue persists, it may be related to the mainboard. Please record a video showing the machine’s startup process and the system information page, and share it with the after-sales technical team for analysis.
