If the machine is vibrating abnormally, please check the following two points:
1. Check the transportation screw
If this is a new machine, please make sure the screw on the back of the machine has been removed.
The screw is used to protect the carriage during transportation.
If it is not removed, the machine may vibrate during operation.
2. Check the carriage mainboard cable
If the machine has already been used for some time, please try reconnecting the cable connected to the mainboard on top of the cutting carriage according to the method shown below.
If the issue still persists
If neither of the above methods works, the mainboard on top of the cutting carriage may be faulty and needs to be replaced.
