If the machine is operating slowly, it is usually because the cutting speed is set too low.
You can adjust the setting by following these steps:
Open the Settings page;
Find the Speed option;
Set the speed to the default value 200;
Save the settings and try cutting again.
Notes:
Lower speed is only required when cutting large-size films such as tablet or laptop screen protectors (recommended speed: 50).
If the speed is already set correctly and the machine is still slow, please record a video and contact our support team for further diagnosis.
