When the machine beeps with a repeated “bip bip” sound and fails to start cutting, it usually means that the X-axis or Y-axis cannot operate normally.
Common causes include a stuck motor or a faulty blade-carriage mainboard.
You can try the following steps:
Hard restart the machine
Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to reset the mainboard. Restart the machine and check whether the cutting carriage completes the left-to-right self-check movement.
Replace the left-side motor
If the carriage cannot move or gets stuck, the motor may be damaged.

Replace the blade-carriage mainboard
If the problem continues after replacing the motor, the carriage control board may be faulty and needs replacement.
