If the sensor is not working, please follow these steps:
1. Check Auto-loading setting
Go to Settings and check if the “Auto-loading” option is disabled.
If it is disabled, please enable it.

2. Check roller movement
Try cutting any model and observe whether the roller rotates:
If the roller rotates normally, the issue may be caused by a faulty sensor, and the sensor needs to be replaced.
If the roller does not move, it may indicate another issue (such as motor or control problem).
