Communication failure with the machine is typically caused by network issues or a mainboard malfunction.
When encountering this problem, please try the following steps:

Reconnect to Wi-Fi and restart the device

Perform a factory reset using the method below:

Restart the device

As the machine is starting up, quickly tap the blue icon 10 times

Select "Factory Reset"

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it is likely a mainboard failure, and you may need to consider replacing the mainboard.
