This issue is usually caused by the Blade Holder scale being set too high.
Please try to reduce the Blade Holder scale setting.
Important Note
Pay attention to the blade exposure length.
Under normal conditions, the exposed length of the blade should not exceed the thickness of the cutting material.
Excessive blade exposure may cause:
- Material folding
- Wrinkling
- Damage to the adhesive layer
- Unstable cutting
