What can I do if the 180T machine fails to download model data templates?

This issue is usually caused by unstable network connection, which prevents the machine from downloading model data templates.

Please try connecting the device to another stable Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot.

Then go to: “Mine” → “Data update” to re-download the data.

 

This is a network-related issue, not a hardware problem. If the issue persists, please contact technical support.
