The Gear Ratio controls the relationship between motor movement and the actual cutting distance. It is a key parameter that directly affects cutting accuracy and scaling.

The default Gear Ratio setting is:

X-axis: 2000

Y-axis: 2000

This is a core calibration parameter of the equipment and is not covered by after-sales adjustment unless there is a quality issue.

To restore the default parameters, please contact technical support.
