This issue is usually caused by a faulty motherboard controlling the carriage.
It is recommended to contact your local distributor to obtain a replacement motherboard. Please refer to the instruction video for replacement steps.
You may also apply a temporary solution:
Go to: “Settings” → “System parameters (password: 123456)” → “Limit switch”, and disable the limit switch to make the machine temporarily usable.
