This is a network issue, meaning the current network’s DNS cannot resolve the server address.
Please try the following steps:
Switch to a different network
Connect the machine to another Wi-Fi network;
Or connect the screen protector cutting machine to a mobile hotspot.
Restart the machine and router
Restarting may restore normal DNS resolution.
