This issue is usually caused by incorrect roller positioning, resulting in uneven pressure on the material and inconsistent cutting sizes.
To adjust the roller position, press down the handle at the back of the machine, then move the rollers left or right to the correct position.
Please adjust the rollers and ensure all rollers are positioned on the black metal plate (correct pressure area).
