What should I do if there is no internet / Wi-Fi connection?

Please first check whether the device can display the Wi-Fi list.

If the Wi-Fi list cannot be displayed: it may indicate a Wi-Fi module issue within the screen, and the screen needs to be replaced

If the Wi-Fi list is visible: please try reconnecting or switching to another Wi-Fi network
