"If the Car moves after you initiate cutting, but the blade holder does not drop, this issue may be caused by one of the following reasons:
Insufficient power supply – Please verify whether you are using the original power adapter. Low input power may prevent the blade holder from functioning properly.

Low cutting pressure setting – Try increasing the cutting pressure to 300 or higher, then observe whether the blade holder lowers correctly.

Loose wiring – The issue may be due to loose wiring as shown in the following video. Please follow the instructions in the video to inspect and reconnect the cables.

Mainboard failure – If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it is likely that the machine’s mainboard is faulty.
