What to do if cutting not starting

If the cutting process cannot start, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Restart the machine: Power off and then restart the device.

Check carriage reset: When the machine starts, check if the cutting carriage automatically returns to its home position (resets，as shown in the following video).




If the carriage cannot reset, it may indicate a mainboard malfunction.
