If you encounter this issue, please try the following steps:
Reconnect to Wi-Fi and restart the device
Perform a factory reset using the following method:
Restart the device
As the machine is starting up, quickly tap the blue icon 10 times
Select "Factory Reset"
If the above methods do not resolve the issue, it is likely that the mainboard is faulty, and you may need to consider replacing it.
