Please follow these steps:

Clear the Cutter APP storage/cache on the device.

Restart the application and allow it to re-download the required data files.

After reopening the app, wait until the Wi-Fi icon in the top-left corner shows a stable connection before performing any operation.

This ensures the machine can correctly download the phone model database from the server.
