What to do if one side is big and one side is small

Uneven film widths after cutting are usually caused by incorrect wheel positioning.
If the wheels are pressing on the smooth part, they cannot firmly hold the film, leading to inconsistent cutting widths.

Please check and make sure both wheels are pressing on the black part of the roller for stable material feeding.



After adjusting, perform a test cut to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
