What to do if shapes are not cutting properly

If the shapes are not forming properly, it may be caused by:
A loose cutting carriage – Please check if the carriage is firmly secured on the rail.
Incorrect roller alignment – Ensure that the gaps between the pressure rollers are even, and that all rollers are pressing down on the black pads.
