Center Cutting Not Enabled: Make sure the “Center Cutting” option is enabled on the cutting page so the machine automatically positions the design in the center of the material.
Incorrect Material Size Settings: Go to the settings page and set the correct width and height according to the actual size of your material. Be careful to distinguish between Width and Height, as incorrect assignment will cause the cut to be off-center.
