When cutting back films, you need to consider both the pattern position and the cutting range. You can adjust these by setting the material size and enabling or disabling center cutting:
Regular Back Film Cutting

Set the material size to 180mm width × 120mm height (this is the standard size for most materials on the market).

Enable the “Center Cutting” option. The machine will position the cut at the center of the back film pattern (180×120mm), ensuring a centered and symmetrical cut.

Full-Wrap Back Film Cutting

Disable the “Center Cutting” option.

Since full-wrap back films have larger dimensions, disabling center cutting allows you to make full use of the material area and successfully cut a complete full-wrap back film.

⚠️ Note: Before cutting, make sure the material is placed flat and the pinch rollers are positioned correctly to ensure cutting accuracy and proper pattern alignment.
