"This is caused by an incorrect ""Material Size"" setting. For custom cuts, you must first define the dimensions of the film you are using (e.g., 300x200 mm). The machine uses this area to center your custom design. If the setting is smaller than your design, it will cut off-center.
And make sure that the center cut is turned on
