It is usually because the APP data loading process was interrupted after an upgrade, resulting in incomplete data.
Please restore the machine to factory settings, and then upgrade the APP again.
Important Note
When using the machine for the first time after an upgrade, please wait patiently for the APP to finish loading and downloading all required data.
Do not interrupt the APP loading process or turn off the machine before the data loading is complete.
