Why is the blade not touching the cutting material

Low Cutting Pressure
Check your cutting pressure settings.
If the pressure is too low, the blade holder won’t drop enough to touch the material.
Try increasing the pressure to 350 or higher, and test again.
Mainboard Failure
If adjusting the pressure does not solve the issue, the problem may be with the mainboard — it might not be sending the correct signal to the blade motor.
In this case, please contact your distributor or technical support to replace the mainboard.
Note:
Before replacing the mainboard, record a short video showing the machine startup and system information page to help technicians confirm the fault.
