Check Network Connection
The screen protector machine automatically updates its database when connected to the internet.
Please ensure that your machine is online and connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.

Manually Update Data
You can also manually refresh the model database by navigating to:
“mine” → “Data Update” and wait for the synchronization to complete before trying again.




When a new phone model is launched, it takes time for our technical team to collect accurate dimensions and create cutting templates.
During this process, you may experience temporary inaccuracy or missing data — please allow some time for the new model templates to update.
