How to deal with "1002 time out"

Accepted Answer

Error 1002 indicates that a device port is occupied.
In this case, you can try the following steps:

Restart the device and go to "My" → "About This Device" to check if the QR code is displayed.
If the QR code does not appear, it is likely a mainboard issue, and the mainboard may need to be replaced.

Try to restore the device to factory settings.

How to update for latest phone?

Accepted Answer

Our machines use a cloud-based database + local cache system.
As long as your device is connected to the internet, it will automatically synchronize with the server and receive the newest phone model templates.
Two ways to update:
1. Auto Update (Recommended)
When the machine is online, it will always try to fetch new templates from the cloud automatically.
2. Manual Update
You can manually update the data:
Home → My → Data Update
 
This will refresh the local database and download the latest phone templates.

Question 4

Touch screen not responding

Accepted Answer

If your touch screen is not responding properly, please check the following:
1. Confirm you are using the original power adapter
The original adapter should be 24V / 2.7A.

Using a non-original or incorrect adapter may cause the touch panel to respond slowly or stop responding entirely.
It may also damage internal components.
2. If the adapter is correct, the LCD may be faulty
A malfunctioning LCD touch panel can cause unresponsive touch behavior.
In this case, the solution is to replace the LCD screen.
